About Me
Recovering from trauma demands courage and resilience. As a queer-identified and neurodivergent psychotherapist, I draw upon a deep understanding of trauma dynamics, and I stand by my clients as they venture into a path of healing and self-exploration. With master’s degrees in psychology and social work, I embrace an unconventional therapeutic style, incorporating humor and a holistic approach into my practice.
I offer a compassionate and comprehensive approach to healing that considers the entirety of an individual. This approach involves examining early childhood experiences, family dynamics, attachment styles, and trauma history, among other factors. I firmly believe that problems are not isolated events but rather interconnected aspects of our lives, impacting various facets of ourselves. By adopting this systemic perspective, we can address issues at their root across the layers of our being, fostering lasting and transformative change.
*I am currently offering telehealth-only psychotherapy appointments in the states of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
